SynerGist

Built at the intersection of story, strategy, and organizational change.

About The Synergist

What happens when a communications professional enters a Masters in Management & Organization and starts asking why culture breaks during leadership transitions? This blog is where that question gets explored, one insight at a time.

For years, I felt like I had to choose between being creative and being strategic.

I studied fiction writing, a field built on imagination, story, and emotional truth, but often hid that part of myself when I stepped into professional spaces. I wanted to be taken seriously.

Now, as I begin my Masters program, I understand that creativity is a serious business skill. It’s how we tell stories that move people, communicate clearly, and build authentic connections.

So I’m building something new — The Synergist. A public laboratory in its early stages. The eventual destination: a framework that helps organizations stay cohesive and human through change. We're not there yet but every post is a step toward it.

Follow the build.
