What is the ultimate goal for The Synergist?

The ultimate goal is to build a brand over the next three years that will create a community of like-minded individuals with creative backgrounds who find themselves in business and communications positions, looking to enhance their health and quality of work by tapping into creative play and connecting personal passion with measurable, productive outcomes. I have met so many individuals with creative or artistic degrees who have ended up in business, communications, and marketing positions, with untapped potential to harness their creative skills to elevate their professional performance. I believe tapping in starts with community and collaboration.

What services do you offer?

As of 2026, with the beginnings of my blog and MBA program, I offer no direct services. The direction I’d like to go is creating a community of people willing to share resources and insight into how creativity can elevate professional performance and personal well-being. I would love to start a podcast that interviews local leaders on how their hobbies, creative skills, and soft skills enhance their workplace experience, collaboration, and overall success. The first step is building a wide network of connections.
